In January 2010 we celebrated the 90th anniversary of Academician Nikolay Korneichuk (1920-2003), an outstanding mathematician and a leading expert in Approximation Theory. In order to celebrate his life and achievements, Dnepropetrovsk National University organizes in his memory the in “Approximation Theory and Applications”

The conference will take place in the historic building of the Students’ Palace of DNU which is located in a picturesque park on the Dnieper river. The conference program will consist of 15- and 30-minutes talks as well as poster presentations. Working languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian. Topics include: Anticipated registration fee to be paid at registration: $20-30 for participants from Ukraine and CIS, and $100-120 for all other participants The printed version of the program with abstracts will be available at registration.
